Kevin has supplied many animals for various parts in Yorkshire Television’s Drama ‘A Touch of Frost’. He recalls David Jason being a great animal lover and on one occasion the script called for the part of a British Bulldog which was supposed to suffer from severe flatulence. Kevin declared that it was ‘No problem’ as he had just the dog. Blanche breaks wind for England and on set she did indeed. She was a tremendous dog and lived to the ripe old age of thirteen. ‘A Touch of Frost’ was her swansong just before she retired from the spotlight.
