In 2003, the BBC approached Kevin to take part in a property show pilot for BBC1 called ‘How I made my Property Fortune’ He was reluctant to take part at first but the format did appeal to him. It took him back to every house he had ever lived in from his first property purchase when he was just seventeen years old. The documentary charted the success he had had by selling and upgrading various property.
